He was predeceased by: his daughter Kimberly Allen. He is survived by: his wife Jane Cummings Allen; and his children, David Allen (Kelli) of Noblesville, Susan Whipker (Kenneth) of Columbus and Mark Allen (Audrey) of Gallatin, Tennessee. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
