He was predeceased by: his parents, Girardo "Jerry" C. and Amy M. Eccher (Manchester); and his close friend Mary M. Packard. He is survived by: his sister Tina M. Brown (Eccher); his brother-in-law Richard Brown of Moneta, VA; his niece Briana A. Brown of Arlington, VA; his aunt Nina Eccher of Pittsfield, MA; his friend Patricia "Pat" A. Conley; and also Tina Marie Smith-White.
