It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucinda Ann Bell of Proctor, Vermont, born in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, who passed away on October 8, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred White, and Mary Lucille White, Jr. (Winslow). She is survived by: her husband Robert Bell of Proctor; and her siblings, Rev. Richard White of Bakersfield and Mary Ann Knapp (Jim) of Newport, NH.. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews & cousins.
