It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Elizabeth Goss of Pownal, Vermont, born in Norwalk, Connecticut, who passed away on November 27, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank B. Tanner and Barbara Tanner (Wilbur); and her brothers, Frank B. Tanner, Jr. and Matthew Tanner. She is survived by: her children, Lisa M. Barney, Nelson A. Barney, Jr. of Bennington, VT, Lee J. Barney of Lynn, MA and Stuart N. Goss, Jr. of Pownal, VT.; her brothers, Dale Tanner of Denver, CO and Paul Tanner of Rutland, VT; and her grandchildren, Sarah Barney Simmons, Matthew Barney, Katarina Barney, Crystal Barney, Heather Barney, Nelson Barney III, Alissa Barney, Lia Barney, Emily Barney, Brittany Goss and Kolby Goss. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
