It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rolland Roy of Pownal, Vermont, born in North Adams, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 18, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Calix "Chick" Roy and Edith Roy (Trombley); his spouse Carmelina Maria Roffinoli; and his siblings, George, Donald, Lionel Roy, Rita Styczynski, Exilda Suprenant, Beatrice Pierce and Melva Hoynoski.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Roy-Kittler (Arthur) of North Adams and Peter A. Roy (Christine) of Holyoke, MA; his grandchildren, Peter A. Roy (Andrea), Keith M. Roy (Stephanie), Nicholas L. Roy and Alyson R. Kittler; his great grandchildren, Viktoria Roy, Olivia Roy and Owen Roy; and his close friend Pauline Ellsworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
