He was predeceased by: his parent Emil Schaffrick; and his siblings, LeRoy Schaffrick and Lorraine Bell. He is survived by: his parent Doris Schaffrick (Bragdon); his wife Carol A. Cardonnel; his children, Lyda Scudder (Michael) of Barkhamsted, CT, Suzanne Coulter of Pownal, John Schaffrick of Adams and Eric Schaffrick (Kathryn) of Adams; his brothers, Emil Schaffrick (Eleanor) of Cheshire and Chuck Bragdon (Ann) of Cape Cod; his siblings-in-law, Rose Schaffrick of Cheshire and Walter Bell of Florida; and his child Carew St. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren, step great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
