It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Eugene Daugherty of Pownal, Vermont, born in Brookville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil E. Daugherty Sr. and Phyllis Heasley. He is survived by: his wife Susan A. Daugherty (Vien); and his children, Ashley Daugherty (Liam O'Brien-Garvey), James Daugherty and Christopher Daugherty (Danica Hill). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many cousins.
