He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Winters and Gretchen Winters (Williams); and his sisters, Janis Richardson and Nancy Parker. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Winters of Poultney; his children, William Winters Jr. of Poultney and Julie Bishop of Poultney; his grandchildren, Steven Bishop, Timothy Bishop, Robert Bishop and Rebecca Rivers; and his great grandchildren, Kimberlee and Kaelyn Bishop. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
