He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Dayton and Susan Dayton of Fair Haven, Vt.; his wife Tara Murray Dayton of Poultney, Vt.; his children, Harley Dayton Stocker of Castleton, Vt., Matthew T Dayton of Fair Haven, Vt. and Anthony Baker of Rutland, Vt.; and his sister Tonya Wade (Robert) of Whitehall. He is also survived by three step-children, 7 grandchildren, nephews, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
