He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carl Barker, Sr. and Georganna Barker (Bushey); and his brother Ronald Barker, Sr.. He is survived by: his brother Edward Barker, Sr. (Mary) of Rutland; and his sister-in-law Ann Barker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
