He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Haynes and Lydia Haynes (Wiesner); his former wife Barbara Williams; his son Timothy; his siblings, Harold J. Haynes, Evelyn H. Monroe and Ruth M. Haynes; and his stepdaughter Donna Brown (Fran).
He is survived by: his wife Florence Belden Goodrich; his daughters, B. Susan O'Brien (David) of Hampton, Lynn Sharp (Bill) of Rutland and Mary Burke (Mike) of North Clarendon; and his stepdaughters, Pamela Wilson (Jay) and Cynthia Costigan (Paul). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Poultney Rescue Squad or to the American Cancer Society.
