It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Gilman Jones (Poultney, Vermont), who passed away on March 18, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana E. Jones and Ella Jones (Gilman); and his siblings, Alice Jones, Corinne Goddell Arthur Jones, Robert Jones, Melvin Jones and Roscoe Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Jones (Buxton) of Middletown Springs; his children, Kelly Parker (Tom) of Mechanicville, NY, Dana Jones (Vicky) of Surprise, AZ and Winona Mayhew (Steve) of Wilton, NH.; his sister Clara Bradley (Marty) of Rutland; his grandchildren, Colleen, Rhys, Will, Cheyenne, Sierra, Kallie, Dana, Joshua and Hannah; and his great grandchildren, Victoria and Jameson. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
