Perkins (Poultney, Vermont), born in Rutland, Vermont, who passed away on April 22, 2018, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Perkins and Patricia Lea Perkins (Sharp); and his brother James Perkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff (Marsha Perkins) of Wells, Joshua Perkins of Chester and Jolene Perkins; and his stepsiblings, Lonnie Sawyer of Rutland and Katherine Sawyer of Poultney. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews and numerous cousins.
