He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl F. Fuller and Susan Fuller (Spaulding); and his sister Marion Gosselin. He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria Ruth Goyette of Poultney, Fred Fuller of Hubbardton and Florence "Pat" Waite of Rutland. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
