He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Harold Perry and Elizabeth Perry (Skinner); his siblings, Mary, Charles, John and Dean; and his grandson Kyle.
He is survived by: his former wife Nancy; and his children, Shawn Perry (Debi) and Valarie Roberts (Tim) of Plainfield. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
