He is survived by: his father Reginald Holt; his daughter Hailee Holt (Justin); his siblings, Patrick Holt (Valerie), Karen Mosher, Christopher Holt of Marshfield and Todd Holt (Jennifer) of Barnet; his nieces and nephews, Kiali, Brock, Macie, Patrick, Dustin, Michael and Annikka; his nieces and nephews, Annessa, Todd, Max and Emma; his aunt Pat; his uncle Wendell (Bonnie); his parents-in-law, Sondra Franks (Billy), Kim Hastings (Jeff), Wade and Fred Hastings; his nieces and nephews, Lindsay, Brittany, Matt, Josh and Zack; and also, Isabel, Cindy Foster (Nick) and Clayton.
