In the vast expanse of eternity, Charles Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick G. Parker and Mary Parker (Harmon). He is survived by: his daughters, Janice Parker of Rutland, Melissa Parker of Pittsford and Johanna Litchfield of Rochester; and his brother William Parker (Martha) of Pittsford. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, many beloved nieces and nephews and wonderful cousins and his brothers and sisters.
