With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kathy L. Devon of Perkinsville, Vermont, born in Newport, New Hampshire, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Armstrong and Margaret Louiselle Armstrong. She is survived by: her husband Bill Devon of Patrick's Day; her brother Richard "Dick" Armstrong; her sister-in-law Dee; her nieces and nephews, Rene Marsh (Mike) and Elyse Griffin (Craig); her grandchildren, Ryan Bailey, Kira Middleton, Steve Young III and Hayley Boyer; and her great grandchild Olivia Middleton.
