He was predeceased by: his parents, John Napsey and Elizabet Napsey (Burnor); his wife Madeline Napsey; his sons, Roger and Jim; and his siblings, Donald, Bridgett, Charlotte, Marie and Noreen.
He is survived by: his daughter Sue Braley; his brother Ronnie Napsey; his stepchildren, Mitchell Napsey, Ronda Storms and Michelle Jasinski; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Stephanie, Christopher and Brandin. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
