He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kenneth and Vivian Evelyn Churchill (Snow); and his siblings, Howard, Elden "Buster" Churchill and Noreen Powers Crane.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Goss of Peacham; his children, Kathy Bradley (Steve) of Peacham, Sarah Crane (Jim) of North Attleboro, MA, Bernadine Harvey (Howard) of Ticonderoga, NY, Mary Broome (Mark Bean) of Island Pond, VT and Robert Churchill (Pam) of Pike, NH.; his grandson Jonathan Churchill (Michelle) of Peacham; and his great grandchildren, J. D. and Jacob Churchill.
