He is survived by: his wife Christine Metcalfe of Rutland, VT.; his daughters, Jessica Frost of Virginia Beach, VA and Emily Metcalfe of Burlington, VT.; his granddaughter Annabella of Burlington; and his sisters, Christine Kendrick and Sally Hindson.
