Sylvanus Denio Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvanus Denio of Passumpsic, Vermont, who passed away on August 30, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Denio and Mildred Denio of Passumpsic; his brother Stanley Denio; his son Stephen Denio; his nephew Mark Denio; his stepson Nelson Lambert; and his close friend Christine Burrough.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Lambert; his daughter Karen Hourigan (Eric); his granddaughter Jordan Hourigan of Ferandina; his stepdaughters, Kimberly Kimball (Bruce) of Florida and Kathy Owens of Massachusetts; his nephew Adam Denio (Josh Denio) of New Hampshire; and his cousin Bruce Denio of Barnet.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sayles Funeral Home (525 Summer St, St Johnsbury, VT 05819).

Donations in Sal's memory can be made to the American Heart Association.
