She is survived by: her husband Ted Boelens; her children, Scott Boelens (Elaine) of Virginia, Erik Boelens (Mona) of Illinois and Kelly Boelens of Vergennes; her grandchildren, Laura, Noah, Anneke, Ethan and Eli; and her siblings, John DeGraaf (Elisabeth), Robert DeGraaf (Joan), Charlie DeGraaf (Vickie), Gerrit DeGraaf (June), Martha Gosliga (Bert) and Harold DeGraaf (Anje).
