He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ouellette and Mary Rose Ouellette (Preseau); his former wife Barbara Ouellette (Taylor); his daughter Karen Jerome; and his siblings, Theresa Mattison, George, Maurice, Fernand, Raymond and Charles Ouellette.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Rae Ouellette (Carpenter) of Orwell; his daughters, Brenda Koldys (Tom) of Swanton, Joanne Fenton (Mike) of Castleton and Marlene McLellan (Eric) of Clarendon; his son-in-law Lyman Jerome of Castleton; his stepchildren, Russell Nickerson of Worcester, MA, Dana Booska (Jim) of Orwell and Kimberly Alexander (John) of Castleton; and his siblings, Alice Brunet of Sudbury, Sylvia Martin, Vivian Larocque, Paul Ouellette of Vergennes and Emile Ouellette. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews & cousins.
