He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward V. Bell and Helen Bell (Burke); his wife Irene of Orwell; his children, Edward Bell of Orwell, Michael Lee (Stacy) of Pittsford, Mark Lee (Shauna) of Brandon Craig and Melissa Smith of Brandon; his sisters, Elizabeth Walker of Orwell and Mary Kacillas of Southington, CT.; and his grandchildren, Cloey Bell, Bella Smith, Morgan, Kristen, Courtney Julia and Anna Lee.
