He is survived by: his wife Edna Culver of Orleans; his children, Raymond Wagner, Donna Corkins of Newport, Christina Wolford of Orleans, Julie Wagner of Syracuse, NY, Lisa Wagner of Barton and Raya Camley of Hardwick; his grandchildren, Ateng, Fmuny, Agolei, Gabriel, Bayley of Josh, RJ, Kenneth and Bethany; his siblings, Floyd Wagner, Diane May and Barbie Wagner; and his nephews, Wilson Owino of Syracuse, NY, Dakota Gamble, Jame Wol, Tong Kachuol of Syracuse, NY and Robert Camley. He is also survived by 3 great granddaughters and 1 great grandson.
