We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2020, at the age of 78, Philip L. Royer of Orleans, Vermont, born in Newport, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip C. Royer and Bernadette Royer (Provencher); his brother Denis Royer; and his sister-in-law Corine Hancock. He is survived by: his wife Doris Kelley; his uncle Raymond; his children, Joey Royer of Monroe, NC, Edward Royer of Irasburg, VT and Laurie Mathieu (Andre) of Derby, VT; his grandchildren, Jarid and Noah Mathieu of Derby, VT; his siblings, Richard Royer (Val) of Irasburg, VT and Patricia Poutre (Fred) of Irasburg, VT.; and his siblings-in-law, Lori Royer, George Kelley (Nancy), Wayne Hancock and Norman Kelley.
