He is survived by: his friend Steve; his sons, Jeremy and Jeffrey Blake (Zoe); his grandchildren, Jeremy D., Shante and Mia; his sisters, Eleanor Willis (Stan), Betty Racine (Paul) and Linda Chadburn (Gordon); his nephews, Randy, Derrick, Bradley Blake (Suzie), Ryan Racine (Joan), Jason Racine (Melissa) and Kyle Chadburn (Sarah); his sister-in-law Sharyn Blake; his daughter-in-law Nadeth Fitzgerald; his parents-in-law, Lloyd and Georgie Chaffee; and his siblings-in-law, Lori Dwyer, Faith Prescott, Mark Labrecque and Artie Chaffee.
