She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Lacoss and Katherine Lacoss (Johnson); her daughter Kim Marie Provoncha; and her siblings, Betty Moquin, Phyllis Vallier, Judith Dawn Wilcox, Reginald, Rodney and Michael Lacoss.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Chartier; her children, Keith Provoncha (Gloria) of Albany, GA, Gena Louise Delle Femine (Robert) of Hyannis, MA and Randy Provoncha (Christine) of Derby Line, VT; her grandchildren, Jeremy Provoncha, Christopher Provoncha, Michael Provoncha, Rose Roberts, Bethany and Mitchell Provoncha; her great grandchild Alyssa Provoncha; and her brother Robin Lacoss (Claire) of Newport Center, VT. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
