He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wright and Lorinda Wright (Shannahan). He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Lillian Wright (Graeme McKenna) of Brooklyn, NY, Arthur Wright (Jamie) of South Burlington, VT, Emily Battles (Michael) of Lyme, NH and Jack Patrick Wright of Brooklyn, NY.; and his grandchildren, Liam McKenna, Benjamin Wright, Hannah Wright, Leo Wright, Edith Battles, Penelope Battles and Theo Battles.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Old First Church (60 Monument Ave, Bennington, VT 05201).
If desired, contributions in memory of John can be made to the Bennington Museum, designated for the "Bennington 250th - Meeting House Monument Fund.".
