He is survived by: his children, London, England and Van; his wife Rosalyn Townsend; his children, Lisa Cook of Norwich, VT, Laura Cook (Mark Huckabone) of Canaan, NH and Jason Cook of Norwich, VT; his granddaughter Tori Cook of Mountain House, CA; his sisters, Patty Gillespie, Donna Crabtree and Wanda Erickson (James Hudson) of Florida; his sisters-in-law, Marsha Badagliacca (Larry) of San Jose, CA and Janice Jasmin (Toby) of Hartford, VT; and his uncle William "Roy" Vandervleit (England) of Woodford Green. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
