He was predeceased by: his daughter Rachel. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Drew Reeves; his sons, J. David (Amanda Sorensen) and Benjamin (Jessica Baldwin-Philippi); his grandson Jack; and his siblings, Ann, Mariel and Paul.
