He is survived by: his son Maxwell Perry (Elaine Douglass) of Northfield, VT.; his mother Tracy Perry of Myrtle Beach, SC; his sister Ashlynn Perry of East Montpelier, VT; his grandparents, Rosalie Perry of Berlin, Buck and Mary Felch of Callahan, FL; his father Scott A. Perry; his grandfather Leon Perry; his great-grandparents, Maycle Perry and Emma Gingras; and his uncle Jason Turnbaugh.

In lieu of flowers a donation to Maxwell Perry's Education fund at Community National Bank would be appreciated.
