He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Sr. Larkin and Blanch Larkin (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Sheryl (Lafirira); his children, Michalle (Pete), Vicki (John) and Travis (Desiree); his grandchildren, Taylor (Shalyn), Morgan (Cris), Emily (Sam), Johnny (Amanda), Travis, Savanna, Luke and Adley; and his great grandchild Skylar.
