Roxana R. Phillips Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2020, at the age of 70, Roxana R. Phillips of North Troy, Vermont, born in Morrisville, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Germain and Jeannette Germain (Darling); her husband Raymond Phillips; and her brothers, Art and Richard Germain.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Phillips (Ann) of North Troy, VT, Melody Phillips of Barre, VT, Francine Phillips of Derby, VT and Timothy Phillips of North Troy, VT; and her sisters, Mary and Katherine. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren.
