He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford S. Forster and Hazel Forster (Malone); his wife Irene Forster; and his son Samuel Forster. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Dipalma (Ron), Wesley Forster (Laura) and Blake Forster (Kristen); his grandchildren, Aaron, Ryan, Emma, Avery and Bennett; his sister Carol Jenkins (Bob); his nephews, Robert and Michael Jenkins; and his close friends, Aaron, Holly Prue, Donna Labbee, Jack Cosgrove and Jim Jascot.
