He was predeceased by: his parents, Philo Withington and Vivian Withington (White); his sons, Timothy Withington and Kenneth "Jake" Withington; his grandson Brian Jaycox; and his siblings, Richard Withington and Ruth Shumway.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jean Walker of East Randolph, VT, Barbara Jaycox of Clarksville, NH, Sandra Cassidy of Bradford, VT and Patricia Amidon of South Londonderry, VT; and his sister Janice Nadeau of Quechee, VT.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
