With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Canty Holden of North Clarendon, Vermont, born in Rutland, Vermont, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 12, 2024 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Holden and Helen Holden (Grupe); and his sisters, Charlotte and Joan. He is survived by: his wife Aleta Reetz; his children, Jonalee Flanders (Robert) of Clarendon and Jason of Virginia; his sisters, Barbara and Elizabeth; and his grandchildren, Scout, Teigan, William, Quinn and Nolan.
