With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maureen Gorman of North Bennington, Vermont, born in Bennington, Vermont, who passed away on September 6, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael K. O'Brien and Margaret M. O'Brien (Moriarty); her siblings, Michael "Kevin" O'Brien, Diermiud O'Brien and Margret "Maggie" O'Brien; her son-in-law Greg Moore; and her grandson Dylan Andrews.
She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Gorman; her children, Colleen Moore, Kelly Paquette (Ernie), Bridget Andrews (John), John Gorman (Betty), Michael Gorman and Stephen Gorman (Michele); her sister Julie O'Donnell (North Bennington); her daughter-in-law Brenda Gorman; her grandchildren, Rebecca Gorman Mitchell, John Gorman Jr., Laura Gorman Weiler, Meghan Moore Swartzbaugh, Ryan Moore, Aaron Gorman, Britni Gorman Christiansen, Stephen Gorman Jr. and Quinn Andrews; her great grandchildren, Ceili, Maddi, Faith, Kaitlyn, Yasmin, Zuzu, Noah, Riley, Cooper and Kora; her sisters-in-law, Patricia O'Brien and Marie McKeon; and her close friends, Linda, Nancy and Veronica. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
At Maureen's request a private "Celebration of Life" will be held at the families convenience due to Covid.
