He was predeceased by: his brother Ryan Coulter; his grandmother Gene Ann Degre; his aunt Sherry Coulter; and his cousins, Eric Morin, Sean Joyal and Mario Paul.

He is survived by: his parents, Marcy Paul and Thomas Coulter (Robin); his grandparents, George, Margaret Coulter and John Rock Degre; his aunts and uncles, Steve, Rachel Coulter, Michael Coulter, Tracy and Michelle Degre; his cousins, Christopher Degre (Sarah), Jonathan Degre (Brittany Perrault), Myra Degre, Molly Coulter, Melisa Zebrowski, Alexis, Ray, Perkins, Jr., Nate, Joey, Dilan, Kyle and Anyas; and also, Ashlee Daigle and Carter Ryan (Shantel).
