He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lapan and Catherine Lapan (Coughlin). He is survived by: his siblings, Donald P. Lapan of Newport, VT, Robert Timothy Lapan (Emily) of Morrisville, VT, Christopher John Lapan of Newport, VT, Mary Patricia Lapan-Farina (Paul) of Newport, Catherine Briggs (James Eckmann) of Newport Center, VT and Martha L. Buker (Randy) of Wolcott, VT. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
