She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Mayhew and Beatrice Mayhew; her significant other William Lapan, Sr.; her sister Laurette Woodworth; and her brother-in-law Glover Woodworth.

She is survived by: her brothers, Raymond Mayhew Sr. (Debbie) and Marcel Mayhew (Katherine); her stepson William Lapan, Jr. (Judy); her siblings-in-law, Doreen Milleton, Rosalee Cummings, Claire Pike, Dale Nutting and Phillip Lapan; her nieces, Karen Karlovich, Joanna Mayhew, Kristy Mayhew, Angella Mead and Melinda Smith; her nephew Raymond Mayhew, Jr.; and her cousins, Annette and Doug.

There will be no reception following due to Covid Precautions.
