We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2019, at the age of 84, Lucille R. Carter (Newport, Vermont), born in Coventry, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Sheltra and Angelina Sheltra (Bousquet); and her siblings, Raymond, Richard, Robert John, Robert Joseph, Ronald, Roger, Reginald Sheltra, Lumina Besaw, Marion Briere and Rita Besaw.
She is survived by: her spouse Louis Carter; her children, Rick Carter (Lynda, Randy Carter) of Derby and Jody Tweed (Brian) of Derby; her grandchildren, Melissa Carter, Chasity Carter, Jamie Carter, Zachary Tweed and Erica Tweed; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Clay, Mackenzie, Olivia and Jackson; her great great grandchildren, Jude and Jaime-Lynn; her sisters, Alice Edwards (Olin) of Indiantown, FL and Laurette Cote of Montpelier, VT; and her children, Tammy Johnson, Tracey Sweeney, David Ghelli and Anna Ghelli. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
