We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2019, at the age of 70, Joyce Elaine Farrand (Newport, Vermont), born in Hardwick, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Francise, Shirley Dezotell, Lucille Spaulding, Patricia Dunn, Kenneth Farrand and Dexter Farrand Jr.; and her brothers-in-law, Darrell Dezotell, Roy Spaulding and Randolph Dunn.
She is survived by: her sister Helen Leno. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
