He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Coulter and Ethel Coulter (Heinzmann); his stepmother Ruth Coulter (Margaret); his daughter Sherry Coulter; and his grandsons, Tyler Coulter, Eric Morin and Justin Pierce.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Steimel; his sister Kaye Lutman; his niece Toni Lutman; his sons, Steve (Rachel), Michael Coulter and Tom Coulter (Robin); his grandchildren, Molly Coulter, Robin Doyon (Dan), Melissa Morin, Ryan, Shantel Daigle and Ashlee Daigle; and his great grandchildren, Carter Sanville, Noah, Liam Zebrowski, Anyas, Keenan Morin, Addison and Avery Doyon. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
