He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Valley and Geneva Sheltra; his wife Sandra McKinney; his son James; and his siblings, Lorraine Bushey, Norman, Ernie, Priscilla Parsons, Francis, David and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, David, Debra, Keith, Kathy Matten (Pete Matten) and Kenneth; his grandchildren, Jaime Valley, Stephen Flynn (Tiffany), Levi Flynn (Cassandra), Christopher Valley and Christina Valley; his great grandchildren, Aliyah Flynn, Jaymen Matten, Daniel Flynn, Madalyn Griffen, Domanic Mandigo, Jacob Flynn, Isabella Mandigo, Evelyn Flynn, Darcey Burke and Casey Burke; his sisters, Rachael Sweeney and Madelin Krohn; and his siblings-in-law, Hilda Valley, Jean Faucette, Joan McKinney, Judy Valley, Ronald McKinney (Alice) and Garth McKinney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
