He is survived by: his wife Judith Wesser; his children, Tara Girard (Edmund) of Newport, VT and Charles Moulton (Andrea) of Holland, VT; his grandsons, Wyatt Girard and Charles Wess Moulton; and his siblings, Duane Moulton (Corrine) of East Charleston, VT, Dwight Moulton (Shirley) of East Charleston, VT, Janet Duquette of East Charleston, VT and Judy Fortin of Kentucky. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
