He is survived by: his wife Paula Foy (McLean) of Newport, VT; his children, Diane Moore (Rich Kenny) of West Charleston, VT, Richard Foy of Shelburne, VT, Lora Foy of Guildhall, VT, Kristina Palazzolo (Mike) of Groveton, NH, Michelle Petrin (Kris) of Biddeford, ME and Benjamin Cardinal (Aurora LaFond) of Roxbury, VT; the mothers of children, Nicole McDuff of Pittsford, VT and Valerie Foy of Guildhall, VT; and his siblings, Margaret Morrill of Newport, VT, Fred Foy (Gina) of Morrisville, VT, George "Tony" Foy (Sue) of Island Pond, VT, Charlie Foy of Plant City, FL and Kathleen Fitzgerald (Matt) of Williston, VT. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces, and great-nephews.
