He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rose Mary Smith; his children, Jennifer Smith-Mayo and Francis John Smith; his children-in-law, Charity Smith and Matthew Mayo (Mark Royer); his grandson Michael Smith (Kaylee Smith); his great grandchild Kate Smith; his granddaughter Jaqueline Grogan; his siblings, Laurie Kaplan (Richard), Betty Siska, Mary Rini, Claire Smith Searles, Patricia Regojo (Nilo) and Gerald Smith (Cynthia); his nephew Michael Siebert; his close friends, Chippy, Corky, Lady, Sady and Annie; his parents, Spencer H. Smith and Ruth Smith (Essell); and his stepmother Eleanor Smith.
