It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles R. Burroughs in Newport, Vermont, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Burroughs and Myrtle Burroughs (Armstrong); his wife Jeannine Dority; and his cousins, Laura Bannerman, Doreen Davidson, Beatrice Bacon, Harvey Ruiter and G. Burton Ruiter.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Stephen and Billy Robbins.
